Wade Lorane Fielder Jr.

It is with profound sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved son, husband, father, brother, and grandpa, Wade Lorane Fielder. He departed this world on Sunday, November 12th, leaving behind a legacy of love, strength, and unwavering commitment to those he held dear. He is preceded in passing by his parents, Wade Sr. and Hazel Fielder. He leaves behind his wife, Stephanie, along with their daughter and her husband, Amber and Jason Muninger, and their three children: Trenton, Ryder, and Layne; Dustin and Blanca and their children, and Chris and Marsha Pennington and their children. Also surviving him are his brother, David Fielder, and his wife Melanie, and their two children: Vance Fielder and his wife Nicki and daughter Maddi, and Ross Fielder, along with his wife Brooke and children Pyper and Noel. Wade was born on May 17th, 1952, and spent his formative years in Dewey, where he grew into a man whose impact on the lives of those around him was immeasurable. A graduate of Bacone University, Wade honed his skills and developed a passion for the oil and gas industry, embarking on a remarkable career that spanned five decades. For 40 years, Wade dedicated himself to Schlumberger, serving with distinction as a Quality and Reliability Manager. His commitment to excellence and unparalleled expertise in the field earned him the respect and admiration of colleagues and peers alike. Even after his distinguished tenure with Schlumberger, Wade continued to share his vast knowledge, contributing another decade as a consultant for Dwiggins Consulting, where his expertise continued to shape the industry. Wade's interests were as diverse as his talents. From coaching little league baseball to pursuing hobbies like hunting, fishing, and hobby stock car racing, he embraced life with enthusiasm. His love for Harley Davidson motorcycles, making the softball circuit with his daughter, and sharing Friday Night Lights with his grandsons showcased his rich and varied interests. Through the early days of his youth to the seasoned chapters of his life, Wade maintained a tenacious passion for Oklahoma University football, a love that coursed through his veins like any true gridiron fanatic. Wade will be remembered not only for his professional achievements but also for the protective love he showered on his family, his resolute commitment to their well-being, his quiet strength, and his meticulous approach to making all things around him better. Always in pursuit of reaching the highest standards, he leaves behind a legacy that lives on in the hearts of his family, friends, and all who were touched by his remarkable spirit. In this time sorrow, may the memories of Wade bring solace, and may the love and support of family and friends provide comfort. His impact on the lives he touched will endure as a testament to the extraordinary person he was. A memorial service to celebrate Wade's life will be held on November 16th at 1pm at Stump Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Agape Mission.
