Virginia L. (Hewitt) Kime Virginia L. (Hewitt) Kime, 65, of Bartlesville, died at 11:04 A.M. on Saturday, February 6, 2016 in Bartlesville. Memorial services will be held at 10:30 A.M. on Friday in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Koons Sr. officiating. Her grandchildren will be honorary pallbearers and will include Kaleb Trowbridge, Tristen Trowbridge, Trevor Trowbridge, Remington Middlebusher and Cooper Middlebusher. Arrangements are under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory. A memorial fund has been established and those who wish may send their contributions to Hopestone Cancer Support Center, 120 B S.W. Frank Phillips Blvd., Bartlesville, Okla. 74003. Virginia was born on December 6, 1950 in Nowata, Oklahoma to Juanita Jean (Riley) and Wilmont Newton Hewitt Jr. She grew up and received her education in Nowata, graduating from Nowata High School in 1969. She was married to Karl Dean Middlebusher on December 28, 1968 in Nowata. They made their home in Nowata and her two children were born to that marriage. She was later married to Eugene Alfred Kime in Arkansas in 1987 and they made their home in Lenapah. Virginia had been employed in Nowata at the Hays House, Landers Brothers, the McClellans store, Gary Henry Chevrolet and at the Cherokee Nation. She was employed in Bartlesville with Russ Rogers Chevrolet, Mark Roberts Motors until her employment with ConocoPhillips in 2000. She retired from ConocoPhillips as a Master Data Specialist in October of 2015. She had been a member of the Order of Eastern Star in Delaware and she liked to drive and travel. Virginia is survived by her children, Melinda Trowbridge and her husband Terry of Bartlesville, her son, Jason Middlebusher and his wife, Nicole of Bartlesville, her mother, Juanita Jean Moody of Nowata, three sisters, Charlotte Dausses and husband Bill of Bartlesville, Jeanie Sue Hewitt of Bartlesville and Theresa Hewitt Johnson of Clarksville, Arkansas, one brother, William M. “Bill” Hewitt of Bartlesville and five grandchildren, Kaleb Trowbridge, Tristen Trowbridge, Trevor Trowbridge, Remington Middlebusher and Cooper Middlebusher. She was preceded in death by her father, Wilmont Newton Hewitt.
