Judith Ann Davis Miller

Judith Ann Davis Miller, 85, of Sperry, OK, passed away peacefully on November 29, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of love and compassion. Born on September 17, 1939, in Springfield, OH, Judith was the cherished daughter of William Benjamin Carter and Betty Jane Steinmetz Carter. From a young age, she exhibited a deep sense of empathy and a desire to help others, qualities that would define her life and career. Judith dedicated herself to the nursing profession, where she found immense fulfillment in caring for those in need. Her commitment to her patients was unwavering, and she touched countless lives with her kindness and expertise. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Judith had a variety of passions that brought her joy. She had a profound love for cats, often finding comfort and companionship in their presence. In her leisure time, she enjoyed reading, immersing herself in the pages of her favorite books, and expressing her creativity through crocheting. However, the greatest joy in Judith's life came from her family. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, and her family was the center of her universe. Judith's warmth and nurturing spirit created a loving home where cherished memories were made. Judith is preceded in death by her beloved husbands, Joe Davis and Charles Miller; her parents, William and Betty Carter; her son, Randy Haines; and her sister, Karen O’Kelley. She is survived by her loving daughter, Amy West and her husband Derrill; her son, Jon Anderson and his wife Lisa; honorary daughter, Telitha Khalil; and her adoring grandchildren, Jamy Ward and her wife Brittany, Veronica Bennett and her husband Jeffery II, Caleb West and his wife Stevie Cochran, Randi Dinsmore, and Gabrielle West and her husband Mitch Bennett. Judith also leaves behind a legacy of love through her great-grandchildren, Alexis Bragg and her husband William, Aliyah Kaddoura, Aubrie Rendon, Jeffery Bennett III, Adon Bennett, Ezekiel Bennett, Draven West and Mason Bennett and Ronin Bennett, as well as one great-great-grandchild, Elias Aguilar. Judith's life was a testament to the power of love, compassion, and family. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family and friends, and her memory will be cherished forever. A celebration to honor Judith's life will be held on Friday December 6, 2024, at Owasso Pentecostal Church at 2:00PM. The visitation will be Thursday from 5:00-8:00PM at Stumpff- Skiatook Funeral Home. The burial will take place in Resthaven Cemetery in Sperry, OK.
