Gerald Page

Gerald "Jerry" S. Page, age 85, of Bartlesville, OK and Walker, MN, entered peacefully into the presence of the Lord on September 14, 2023, while surrounded by his family in love and prayer at St Mary's Hospital in Rochester MN. He was born in Minneapolis, Mn on May 27, 1938, to Harold and Gladys (Swanson) Page and was baptized on March 24, 1940. He grew up in Minneapolis and attended Robinsdale High School where he met the love of his life, Judie Peterson. He participated in school sports and went on to graduate college at Augsburg University in Minneapolis. He married Judie, on January 14, 1961, and they were married for over 62 years. After being in the military he went to work for Phillips Petroleum Company and he and Judie started their family. After several transfers and 33 years of service with the company he retired in Bartlesville, Ok and was soon blessed to realize his dream of a lake home on Leech Lake in Walker, Mn. For 26 years he and Judie would split their time between Bartlesville and Leech Lake. The Lake would become a source of great joy and unforgettable memories for all of his family and friends. He continued to enjoy his family, friends, lake life and the occasional hunting, fishing and golf trip. He always put others before himself and desired nothing but the best for everyone. We are grateful for his life and will treasure our memories of him always. He is survived by his loving wife, Judie; his children Dawn (Mark) Chapman of Owasso, Ok, Rick (Brenda) Page of Broken Arrow, Ok, Steve (Robin) Page of Bartlesville, Ok; grandchildren, Brandon (Trista) Chapman, Ryan (Anne) Chapman, Gabrielle, James, Nathanael, Sydney, and Sean; step-grandchildren, Tyler and Grant Yardley; great-grandchildren, Presley, Rowen, Berkley, Keagen, Grace, Baker and Maverick; brothers, Bob (Barb) Page and Tom (Marilyn) Page; and many loved nieces, nephews and extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Gladys Page. He loved the Lord as was evident in his faithfulness to attending church and sharing his faith in prayer with his family. He was a long-time member of Redeemer Lutheran Church in Bartlesville, Ok and an associate member of Hope Lutheran Church in Walker, MN. Funeral Service to be held at 11am Saturday at Redeemer Lutheran Church, 3700 Woodland Rd, Bartlesville, Ok 74006. Internment Memorial Cemetary, Bartlesville.
