Freda Mae Long Freda Mae Long, 91, of Coffeyville, Ks, passed away on Wednesday the 7th of January, 2015 at Windsor Place Nursing Home, she was born on July 29, 1923 in Bartlesville, OK to Thomas N. McCarty and Martha LaVada Van Winkle. Freda Married Lowell Long on September 4, 1941. Freda was preceded in death by her husband Lowell Long, one son Ronald E. Long. She is survived by her daughter and son in law Lola and Gene Perry of Grandy, North Carolina , and her son and daughter in law Darrel and Bonnie Long of Coffeyville, one grandson, Ehren Long of Ponca City, Oklahoma, two sisters, Hazel Pullins & Violet Sauter of Coffeyville. During WWII she was a ship welder in Washington state. Later in life she retired from Singer Sewing Center in Coffeyville where she was sewing instruction and sales clerk. She loved fishing, bowling. After she retired she loved to travel and spent Winters in Texas. A gathering will be held with her family at the home of her son Darrel Long PDF Printable Version
