Mr. Bryan Roy McIntosh Mr. Bryan Roy McIntosh, 67, of Ochelata, died at 3:44 P.M. Wednesday, September 21, 2011 at the St. John Medical Center in Tulsa, going home to be with his Lord and Savior. Funeral services for Mr. McIntosh will be held at 2 P.M. Monday, September 26, 2011 at the Word of Truth Fellowship, located at Bison Road and Durham Road with Pastor Jim Anderson officiating. Interment will be in the Oglesby Cemetery under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home & Crematory. Casket escorts will include Steve Buster, Trevor Buster, Lue Buster, Gary Vance, Wesley Morrison, Windell Williams, Gary Kelly and Billy Burks. Honorary casket escorts will include Bill Kelly, Danny Kelly, Noel Tolbert, Bill Bradley, W.C. Burks and Ronnie Morrison. Friends who wish may call for visitation at the Stumpff Funeral Home from 9 A.M. until 9 P.M. on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and from 9 AM until 11 A.M. on Monday. Memorial funds have been established and those who wish may send their contributions to the Muscular Dystrophy Association of Eastern Oklahoma for SMA Research, 5840 S. Memorial Drive, Suite 307, Tulsa, Oklahoma, 74145 or to the Word of Truth Fellowship Playground Fund, 16097 N.E. Bison Road, Bartlesville, Oklahoma, 74006. Mr. McIntosh was born at Pawnee, Oklahoma on September 13, 1944 the son of Vance and Vernie Violet (Brim) Belden. He grew up and received his education at Pawnee where he graduated from Pawnee High School in 1962 and also served in the local Army National Guard Unit. Mr. McIntosh worked as a dispatcher for the Pawnee County Sheriff’s Office and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol at the Pawnee Troop Headquarters. He came to Bartlesville where he was a motorcycle patrolman for the Bartlesville Police Department and was then a deputy U.S. Marshal with the U.S. Marshal’s Service. In 1972 he was employed with the City of Bartlesville in the City Planner’s office until 1977 when he became self employed as a contractor. Mr. McIntosh was married to Kerry April Kelly on July 14, 1977 in Bartlesville. They made their home in Bartlesville until moving to the Ramona/Ochelata area in 1978. Mr. McIntosh was an active member of the Word of Truth Fellowship where he served as Trustee. He loved to work on his Classic Mustang. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather and friend and he adored his grandchildren. Mr. McIntosh is survived by his wife, Kerry April McIntosh of the home, three sons, Sean Bryan McIntosh and his wife LeAnn of Ramona, Joshua Drew McIntosh and his wife Kim of Owasso and Matthew Cole McIntosh of Ochelata, one daughter, Lacey Marie Smith and her husband Brandon of Talala, seven, grandchildren, Kolby McIntosh, Thatcher McIntosh, Abbey Lee McIntosh, Jillian McIntosh, Ryker McIntosh, Rayden McIntosh and soon to arrive, Lincoln Smith, a sister-in-law, Connie Buster of Caney, Kansas and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy McIntosh, Vernie Belden and Vance Belden. PDF Printable Version
